William Pitt Union & O'Hara Student Center
Students, faculty, and staff must use the Event Management System (EMS) to reserve space in the William Pitt Union and O'Hara. Students must be an officer in a SORC-recognized student group. All users must first take a training and apply for an EMS account. All details on how to register for and use EMS can be found on the Student Affairs website.
Posvar Hall Galleria & Patio
Requests to reserve the Posvar Galleria (main hallway on first floor) or Patio (side of building furthest from Hillman Library) can be made through 25LivePro (accessed through my.pitt.edu). Additional forms may be needed to complete the requests.
Classrooms and Auditoriums
Most classrooms and auditoriums can be reserved through the 25LivePro system (accessed through my.pitt.edu). Faculty and staff who do not have a current 25LivePro account must request access by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. SORC-recognized student groups who would like to request classrooms that are not already in the EMS system must submit a special classroom permit form. All details can be found on the Registrar's website.
David Lawrence Hall Rooms 104, 105, 106, and 107 can be reserved through EMS.
Rental requests for the Charity Randall Theatre, Henry Heymann Theatre, Richard E. Rauh Theatre, Rehearsal Room B1618, Scene Shop, and Costume Shop can be made through this submission form.
Other Outdoor Lawns/Spaces
The Cathedral Lawn, WPU Lawn, Pete Lawn, and Schenley Quad must be made in EMS.
